Let me attempt to set the scene here. Agent Meower has infiltrated the Terrorist mice's base but something's gone amiss and the mice have found out Jack's location. They're attempting to flank him but Jack's too smart for that and has other plans in mind. He's got to do this old school, it's the only way or "the terrorists win."
